No Returns & All Sales Final Policy
At Local Legend Labs, we take pride in our limited-edition toy truck collaborations with artists. Each piece is a collectible and made in small batches. Due to the exclusive and custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or store credit is possible.
